The Story of Showcase Meats

Showcase Meats was established in 1971 by Allen Perry and his wife Fay.  We built a dedicated following through Allen's mastery of his craft as a butcher offering fresh cut meats and delectable deli goods.  Word-of-mouth praise for their expertise on delivering excellent product and customer service was the cornerstone of our early success.  With a growing demand Allen and Fay decided to expand their offerings, leading to our renowned specialty: Pressure-Fried Chicken

Daughters Robin and Renee joined the family business over 25 years ago.  They worked with their parents to bring in fresh perspective and new ideas to the growing business eventually assuming leadership with a deep-seated commitment to preserving their parent's legacy.  Recognizing the need to accommodate our expanding customer base and product line, we relocated from our humble storefront in Kenmore to a larger space in 2019, this new bigger space allowed us to continue to serve our community in Kenmore while extending our delicious food to other communities as well.
